You may have noticed that most retail stores are experiencing shipping delays, which is why we’re recommending shopping early this year. Learn more about the delays, and how we're committed to making sure that your order arrives on time, below.
Why are these shipping delays happening?The short answer? The COVID-19 pandemic. The details? From increased product demand to labor and shipping container shortages, the effects of the pandemic have disrupted nearly every link of our global supply chain, which is resulting in industry-wide delays.
When do I need to order my gifts by?Place your order by 11:59PM EST on 12/19 with standard shipping, or by 12PM EST on 12/22 with overnight shipping for delivery by 12/25. We’ve checked (and rechecked, and checked once more!) with all of our partners across our supply chain to ensure these dates are accurate—so we can guarantee your gifts will arrive on time.
What are you doing to make sure orders arrive on time?Our teams are working 7 days a week, from 7AM-12AM, to ensure your order goes out as quickly as possible. Plus, we’re increasing our staff in our distribution center to help with holiday orders.
How will you keep me updated?We’ll send you emails when your order has been confirmed, shipped and delivered. You can always check on your order status by signing into your account here and clicking Order History.
