Demylee™ X J.Crew balloon-sleeve sweater

I got this sweater in the navy and love it! The yarn and stitch quality are great. The yarn feels really soft and cozy. The knit is dense so it is very warm. I like having a really warm winter sweater that has an interesting shape and isn't just a big blob. The balloon sleeve and the cropped length work perfect for me. I was eyeing the white too but missed out on that:).

I bought this despite the reviews , and should have heeded their warnings. This is a beautiful sweater, loved the color, but mine was fuzzy, itchy and left yellow fragments on my black pants. It was also bulky looking. Final sale, so I am stuck with it, so if you are thinking about this: beware. J.Crew, please remake this in a soft chenille for next year, (or redesign this lovely sweater).

I’m 5.6 and 133lb. I chose my usual size S in jcrew. I’m in size S and sometimes M. I got the gold color and ivory color. It looks like good quality and has long sleeve, but the body is above hip. A little itchy than I thought. I’m considering to return the ivory one since the color is a little boring and I don’t have good skin which it makes my skin looks not as good. Plus I love oversize in body length, while this sweater in oversize in width but not in length. I even feel it trends crop in body. I love the gold color, unique and not bright as in picture.

This sweater is so beautiful, but even that can't entice me to wear it for more than 10 minutes...tops. Why would anyone make such a beautiful but so unwearable piece of clothing? Seriously, the designer should've tested it out before offering it to the public.

I bought the yellow one. Like it very much the fashionable style, rich color, and nice quality.

I'm a huge fan of Demylee knits and this sweater is no exception. I was concerned that the fabrication might be scaled down, given that the price is much less expensive than normal Demylee sweaters, but it's excellent quality. Love the golden color and balloon sleeves as well!
