Button-front skirt in stretch linen

I mean the title I gave this review as this skirt is very well-made, and it looks and feels like quality! The dark navy is a classic color, and I like everything about this skirt! Only four stars as it is a little big in the waist, but I just cinch it with the sash!

Love everything about the look of this skirt and quality but it runs SO small and because it was a final sale item, I can’t exchange it for a size up even though it’s available. Won’t be able to wear it sadly.

This skirt is reminiscent of an old, favorite from the late 80s, early 90s. Classic lines, fresh and simple that can elevate a simple outfit. Unfortunately, this skirt runs at least one size to small (ordered an 8 based upon my usual J Crew skirt size). This fit more like a small 6, or roomy 4. So sad about this as it was final sale, even though it got restocked 2 weeks later and then was NOT final sale. Was told I couldn’t even exchange it. Bummed to be out the $$$. I would have gladly ordered up, had I know , as it’s truly lovely and has the makings of a staple wardrobe piece.

This is a well constructed, quality skirt. Unfortunately, the placement of the front pockets was not flattering for my hourglass figure. It work well for a slender frame without curves.

I would have expect a skirt for this price and for jcrew , would have better quality but not the case for this skirt . And it runs slightly small

I was hoping these buttons would t pull with sitting or walking but this does. I wish jcrew would do “faux” button front with a side zip, it always looks so good and you don’t fret about buttons pulling when you sit
