Puff-sleeve smocked top in Stewart tartan

Fabric feels almost plastic like - very thin, and not soft at all. I knew it was polyester but I had no clue it could be this bad. I'd say it's similar fabric to what you'd use for a picnic table cover... The stitching on the ruching isn't bad but the quality of the item is even lesser than something you'd find at forever 21 or another fast fashion store. It also runs a pretty small - I'm a 32B/C and XS is too tight - I can barely move in it especially since the fabric has zero give. Unfortunately it was a final sale item and I cannot return it or exchange. It really wouldn't be a bad top for outdoors in the summer since it's so light but it's too tight for me to make it functional.

This is an adorable top but I was surprised how small it was because XS tops from JCrew are usually roomy on me. This was very snug and I probably should have gotten a S, but since it is a final sale I will make the XS work. I am very small chested and I imagine someone wth a large chest would have even more sizing issues. You need a strapless bra with this or to go braless.

This top is very cute and well made unfortunately I bought it on final sale and purchased my regular JCrew size medium and it is way too small. So I am stuck with a top I can’t wear.. will be giving it away.

Love the fabric, the plaid, the colors, the puff-sleeve, the length -we’ve talked length to tuck into front of jeans, or to wear with the Gigi pants, or with the black velvet mini skirt from JCrew, all with either the green or black velvet or suede JCrew loafers.

This item is not at all like shown. I ordered a size up and it arrived and was so small. It was like buying doll clothes for an adult. It can not be returned but they should not be selling this item.

Very festive blouse and very complimentary to a plus size figure. Fir a tall woman, I found it about 2 inches too short.
