Great tailoring on a comfortable dress
July 3, 2020Great tailoring, quality fabric drapes well on the body. True to size. Attention to details like the little clip at waist line to prevent peek of tummy when sitting down. The white color is more ivory which is pleasant.

June 11, 2020The True Fit recommendation for me for this item was a 4, whereas typically I'm a size 2 at places like J. Crew and BR, and the True Fit recommends 2 for me in other items at J. Crew. So I figured perhaps this runs a bit smaller than other items and decided to take the recommendation. However, I definitely should have ordered the size 2 (I'm 5'8" and 120 pounds), as the size 4 is too big, and unfortunately size 2 is not available anymore. My other complaint is that the fabric is a bit thick and stiff. I've noticed BR also frequently uses this type of fabric for dresses now, and it makes it feel like a cheap scuba suit.

Great work dress
June 11, 2020This is great because it's hot where I livd and wearing a work suit is not practical in the summer so this is a good way to dress up professionally without having to do that. The dress wasn't as fitted as I would like but it has great stretch cotton material and it feels comfortable.

June 10, 2020What's not to love? The Stretch cotton means it's super comfortable and breathable, while the overall blazer style makes it easy to dress up or keep casual. I also think it's cute that the buttons aren't decorative but they're actually functional.

June 10, 2020I purchased this dress for work. It is stylish and I love the collar. The fabric is quality and has a little stretch to it. It has secret pockets which stay concealed. It pressed nicely. I wore it to a drive thru graduation and then dinner party. The buttons are the perfect size and I like the length. It could be a couple of inches longer for me as I am 5’10”. I would say that the fit is perfect. I got many complements on my appearance. I forget the name of the color exactly, but it is off white. Love it and am happy with my purchase.
