What customers are saying:
These lightweight summer pants were praised for their stylish, versatile design and comfortable fabric, making them a great casual option. A few customers mentioned that the elastic waist tends to run large, so they suggested sizing down for the best fit. Many appreciated how the relaxed, easygoing style works well with any light outfit, while the overall compliments highlight the product’s unique charm. Overall, the pants stand out as an excellent choice for warm-weather days.

Amazing item -- if you size down appropriately
August 24, 2017Great pants. But you have to size down one size for overall J. Crew and then one more size for these pants in particular with the elastic, as other reviewers have said. So if you, say, wear a true 32 generally, like I do, you are gonna want 31 for most j crew stuff and 30 for this pant in particular. I speak from experience, I had both the 31 and 30 to try on with these pants and the 31 was just the MC hammer parachute pants look with tons of excess material in the hip area, while the 30 really nailed it.

Great for summer nights
June 9, 2017Great pants but waist runs large, otherwise good fit, too much pocket material is cumbersome, fragile holes where drawstring tightens

A find
May 27, 2017One of the great j crew finds you stumble upon. Utterly unique and useful: a lounge pant you can run outside in should you need to.

Great Summer Pants
April 18, 2017These pants are a great option for summer. Super lightweight and stylish. The fit of the pant is in between a 484 and 770 fit. My two main things to consider when buying these pants: first, the elastic makes the waist run large so I recommend sizing down, and second, the stitching around the drawstring is very sensitive and will rip if not careful. Overall these were a great add to my closet.
